Foliar spray for SugarCane Crops

AGROBLITZ is a unique and well balanced organic-based foliar fertilizer especially designed for sugar cane crops to help enhance their biomass production. In addition to its’ macronutrients, AGROBLITZ contains micronutrients in chelated forms.

AGROBLITZ improves the nutrient uptake, photosynthesis, as well as the redistribution of photosynthates throughout the plant. It also facilitates the flow of the photosynthates to storage tissues. In field trials, the use of AGROBLITZ resulted in a minimum of a 15-20% yield increase compared to control plots.

HOW IT WORKS:

AGROBLITZ acts as a plant fertilizer as well as a plant conditioner. Its’ ingredients are essential in facilitating the growth of root tips and new leaves. The use of AGROBLITZ also ensures healthy plant storage and conductive tissues which aid in the transporting of water, nutrients and other organic compounds to the plant.

At the initial stage of plant development, AGROBLITZ enhances the photosynthetic capacity of the plant. This translates into vigorous growth of newly developed sprouts and the avoidance of chlorosis in young developing leaves.

At the mid stage of plant development, AGROBLITZ strengthens the plant structure by regulating the processes of growing cells. This helps avoid the lodging of growing plants. By building a better immune system, AGROBLITZ helps increase the resistance of plants to insect, pest and diseases and overall provides for the general health of the plant.

At the latter stage of plant development, AGROBLITZ increases food translocation to storage tissues and reduces the accumulation of food in roots.

WHEN TO USE:

Foliar application of AGROBLITZ will provide the plant with essential macro and micronutrients, amino acids and vitamins. The recommended applications are as follows:

For February Sown Crops:

1^stspray- 30 days after germination.
2^ndspray- 25days after first application.
3^rd spray- 14 days after the second application.

For September Sown Crops:

1^stspray- 30 days after germination.
2^ndspray- 25 days after first application.
3^rdspray- 14 days after second application.

For Ratoon Crops:

1^stspray- 30 days after sprouting.
2^nd and 3^{rd
sprays}- 20 day intervals from the first application.

We strongly recommend that you use all three applications in order to gain the maximum benefit from AGROBLITZ.

HOW TO USE:

AGROBLITZ is specially designed to be used as a foliar fertilizer/plant conditioner. To prepare: Mix 420ml of AGROBLITZ to 120 litres of water (3.5ml/L)or prepared pesticide mix and spray on one acre of sugar cane crop. Hand, boom or power sprayers can be used.

If you are planning to mix AGROBLITZ with pesticide mixtures, we recommend doing a compatibility test prior to mixing. In order to conduct a compatibility test, take one liter of water in a beaker and add the recommended dose of AGROBLITZ. Next prepare your pesticide mix in the same manner and mix both solutions together. Wait at least one hour, and, if there is any precipitate at the bottom, or any change in color of the solution, then this indicates that there is a reaction between the two products and you should not mix AGROBLITZ and your pesticide together.

We recommend that AGROBLITZ be applied early mornings or in the evening when the temperature is low. Care should be taken to avoid spraying when there is dew on the leaves – this may wash away the fertilizer. If the temperature gets high just after spraying, the fertilizer will evaporate and if it rains after spraying that will wash away the fertilizer. In both cases you need to re-apply the fertilizer as a foliar spray. Allow a 3-4 hour drying period to improve the absorption of AGROBLITZ’s nutrients throughout the plant foliage.
