Foliar spray for Cotton

AGROBLITZ is a foliar
fertilizer that has been scientifically designed to meet the various
nutritional requirements of cotton crops at vegetative and reproductive stages.
In addition to providing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, it also contains a
wide range of vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, and other plant derived organic
material.
Foliar application of AGROBLITZ
enhances crop potential by increasing the number of flowers and bolls. It also
combats boron and other nutrient deficiencies in cotton and prevents the
immature shedding of bolls and flowers, resulting in higher yield and better
quality produce. When used at critical
stages of plant growth it ensures optimum crop production.
Foliar application
of AGROBLITZ speeds up photosynthesis, translocation of photosynthates and protein
synthesis. In addition, it assists in the regulation of stomatal activity, thereby
enhancing overall water use efficiency. Its application also activates plant enzymes
and other metabolic processes to provide maximum energy to plants at the
critical stages of development. This will ensure maximum flowering, healthy
fruit development and increased resistance to diseases and drought.
AGROBLITZ is
a safe product and its usage has no harmful effects on plants, animals and
environment in general.
HOW IT WORKS:
The first
application at flower initiation will help in the development of lateral
shoots, and the number of flowers by enhancing nutrient uptake and its utilization
within the plant.
AGROBLITZ contains certain plant extracts that regulate the xylem flow within the
plant thereby enhancing the nutrient and water flow from the roots to the top
of the plant. It also regulates the transfer of photosynthates from the area of
production (leaves) to areas where they are needed such as the flowers and
developing buds/bolls.
AGROBLITZ regulates the hormonal balance of plants, which provides resistance to
disease as its response. This conditions the plant to be stronger and more able
to resist an actual disease attack in the future.
Second and
third applications of AGROBLITZ will enhance the flow of photosynthates towards the flowers and bolls by
promoting “cytoplasmic circulation”. Cytoplasmic circulation is similar to
blood circulation in the human body, and plays a very important role in plant
yield. It is the principal means of transportation or interchange of organic
matter (carbohydrates) between cells. Increased “cytoplasmic circulation” will
enhance the transport of carbohydrates to each cell to meet the overall growth needs
of the plant.
WHEN TO USE:
AGROBLITZ is formulated to ensure continuous availability of nutrients to the
cotton plants during critical growth and reproductive stages. A minimum of 3
foliar sprays are recommended to enhance the crop yield. These are as follows:
- 1st
spray- 17-18 days after germination.
- 2nd spray- 18-20 days after first
application.
- 3rd
spray- 20 days after the second application.
Application of 3 foliar sprays will
optimize growth, flowering and fruit formation while supplying all required
nutrients and supplements at critical stages of plant development, when a
plants energy needs are the highest.
HOW TO USE:
AGROBLITZ is a foliar
fertilizer which should be sprayed after diluting with water according to the
directions. Any type of sprayer can be used to apply the product, e.g., boom,
hand or power sprayer.
Mix 420ml of AGROBLITZ fertilizer to 120 liters
of water (3.5ml/L) and spray thoroughly on one acre. Make sure the water used
for dilution is sufficient to provide full coverage of the plant surfaces. If
any fertilizer or pesticide needs to be applied along with AGROBLITZ, we
recommend doing a compatibility test prior to mixing. In order to conduct a
compatibility test, take one liter of water in a beaker and add the recommended
dose of AGROBLITZ. Next prepare your
pesticide mix in the same manner and mix both solutions together. Wait at least
one hour, and, if there is any precipitate at the bottom, or, any change in
color of the solution, then this indicates that there is a reaction between the
two products and you should not mix AGROBLITZ
and your pesticide together.
Spraying should be done either early in
the morning or late in the afternoon. If the temperature is high at spraying
time it will decrease the efficiency of the fertilizer. Generally plants need
3–4 hours to absorb the nutrients applied with a foliar spray. If it rains
before this time has elapsed you should reapply your foliar spray.
